Baseball's All-Star break is behind us, which means we're more than halfway through the 2008 MLB season.  The defending champion Boston Red Sox still look good, but they've been facing serious and unlikely competition this season from the Tampa Bay Rays.  Red Sox stars like Manny Ramirez  and Josh Becket will have to step up if they want to repeat their 2007 success.  Sox fans everywhere are anxious to see their DH, David Ortiz, back in action soon.  Curt Schilling won't be back on the mound this season, but there's still a chance the Boston ace will pitch in 2009.  They may not be leading the pack in the AL East this summer, but don't count out the New York Yankees just yet.  Players like Mariano Rivera, team captain Derek Jeter and Alex Rodriguez are more than capable of bringing one last World Series title to “The House that Ruth Built” before moving to their new stadium next year.  And with starting pitchers Chien Ming Wang and Joba Chamberlain on the mound, there's definitely a chance for the Pinstripes to bag their 27th World Series win.  The Chicago Cubs are putting together an impressive season.  It's been 100 years since the team's last championship—will this be the year for the team from the North Side?  The Los Angeles Dodgers are looking strong in the tough NL West division. Back east, the New York Mets are counting on guys like Johan Santana to put them back on top of their division.  Players like David Wright, shortstop Jose Reyes and Carlos Beltran have what it takes to make this team a playoff contender if they can make a good showing in the second half of the season.

Baseball fans know the game is about more than just things like divisional standings and statistics.  Every season, there are records being shattered and milestones to celebrate.   Why not pick up a baseball signed by Josh Hamilton, who hit a record 28 home runs in this year's Home Run Derby?  The 2008 season will be the Yankees' last in their current stadium.  This makes it a great year to get your hands on an autographed Joe DiMaggio baseball. Or, pick up a Yogi Berra autographed photo or a Mickey Mantle signed baseball for your Yankees collection.  Red Sox fans will love our selection of Ted Williams memorabilia.  If you’re an old Atlanta Braves or Milwaukee Brewers fan, check out our autographed Hank Aaron baseballs and signed jerseys.  Mets fans, check out our selection of signed Nolan Ryan baseball bats and signed jerseys.

In June, the Boston Celtics  beat out a tough Los Angeles Lakers team for the title and ended the 2008 NBA Finals in six games.  For many, the matchup brought up memories of when  Larry Bird's Celtics battled Magic Johnson and the Lakers for NBA bragging rights in the 1980s.  Cleveland small forward LeBron James is following up the 2008 season with a trip to Beijing as a member of the U.S. Olympic team.  James, only 23, is already being compared to greats like Michael Jordan!  The off season is a great time to add to your NBA memorabilia collection.  Have you looked at our  Dwyane Wade or Steve Nash autographed basketballs?  Check out our selection of NBA jerseys and photographs signed by players like Walt Frazier and “Dr. J,” Julius Erving if your collection centers on retired Hall of Famers and former greats.

The Detroit Red Wings' beat the Pittsburgh Penguins in the Stanley Cup Final, bringing the 2008 NHL season to an exciting close.  But the off season is no reason to neglect your hockey memorabilia collection!  For Pittsburgh fans, we have plenty of autographed Sidney Crosby pieces to pick from.   Bruins fans, check out our selection of hockey sticks and jerseys signed by former Boston legends like Bobby Orr and Brian Leetch.  New York Rangers fans will want to check out all of our Mark Messier  and Wayne Gretzky memorabilia.  We've got signed and unsigned NHL collectibles, apparel and accessories from every team in the league.

It's already July, which means NFL teams are only a few weeks away from training camps and preparing for the 2008 season. Brett Favre  announced his retirement back in March, but there's still plenty of talk that the Packers legend is considering coming back for the 2008 season.  The reigning champion New York Giants lost defensive end Michael Strahan this summer, but fans are confident that players like Plaxico Burress, Eli Manning and Osi Umenyiora will get it done.  Tony Romo and the Dallas Cowboys won’t make it easy for Big Blue to get back to the big game.  The New England Patriots may not pull off another perfect regular season, but Tom Brady and company are obvious favorites in the AFC East and likely Super Bowl XLIII contenders.  But they'll have to get past Peyton Manning and the Indianapolis Colts first if they want to make that trip to Tampa in February.

College football fans are getting ready for a big NCAA season in 2008.  Ohio State looks poised to go to their third BCS title game in three years and possibly win a national championship.  But their conference rival, the University of Michigan, could bounce back from a lackluster 2007 season and make OSU's road to the title game a difficult one. The Florida Gators, led by 2007 Heisman Trophy winner Tim Tebow, have an impressive roster and look ready to bring another championship back to The Swamp.  One team looking to rebound this year is Notre Dame –can Charlie Weis resurrect the team from their 2007 slump?

Even if you aren't a fan of one of the big four sports or the NCAA, we’ve got plenty of autographed sports memorabilia for you to check out.  Boxing fans, have a look at our Joe Frazier signed boxing gloves or our Muhammad Ali autographed photos.  If it’s soccer memorabilia you’re collecting, check out our autographed Mia Hamm jerseys, photos and signed soccer balls.  Tennis fans will want to check out memorabilia signed by Roger Federer and 2008 Wimbledon champ Rafael Nadal.  Former tennis great John McEnroe called Nadal's win over Federer the "greatest ever seen!" And of course, we have plenty of Tiger Woods memorabilia for golf fans!
